Can Vistabella Boutique Resort
General Terms & Conditions
- All prices include 10% VAT, exclude Tourism Tax
- All prices EXCLUDE drinks, meals, tips and other services
- There is surcharge for additional adult (16 +) of €30/day
- There is surcharge for additiona child (2-15.9) of €15/day
- There is no charge for infant (0-1,9)
- Check in time is 16:00 - 22:00 h - minor must be accompanied by and adult
- Check out time is 11:00 h
- Each guest need to present valid ID for each adult, fill registration card and sign, children under 16 year of age must be accompanied by adult at all times
- Guest is responsible for all charges incurred while using Resort services
- Guest is responsible for all damage caused to the Resort
- Parking is free of charge on designated spots only. No more than 1 (one) car per room allowed
- Quiet hours are endorsed from 24:00 - until 08:00h daily
- Dogs up to 10 kg allowed for a fee €30 per night, discretion of management. They must always be on leash and have muzzle when on grounds
- The Resort is not responsible for any guest injury, loss or damage to guest property
Payment Policy
- All payments need to be made in € by Credit Card or cash at the time of arrival or at the time of orderring a service.
Cancelation Policy
- All Non-refundable reservations are charged one day after reservation in full, except for Tourism Tax. This tax is payable upon arrival to property.
- All Refundable reservations can be cancelled 7 days before arrival. If not cancelled, the full amount for your stay will be charged 6 days before your arival, except for Tourism Tax per person and day and reservation cannot be cancelled. Tourism tax is payable upon arrival to property.
